About the Coach
I teach the lifestyle I live.
Hello, I am LaShounn Stevenson, BSN, RN, RNC-OB, C-EFM. I have spent 17+ years in nursing, most of it on a Labor & Delivery floor where the work is fast, physical, and emotionally heavy. The lifestyle I coach here is the one I built for myself after years of 12-hour shifts, missed meals, broken sleep, and pretending caffeine was a meal plan.
My day starts the same way most days: a tall glass of water before anything else, a calm cup of decaf coffee (I gave up the jitters years ago and never looked back), protein with real food, and movement that fits the day I am actually living, not the one I wish I had. I walk daily, lift heavy enough to feel strong, eat in a way I can sustain whether I am working 7a–7p or 7p–7a, and protect my sleep like it is a prescription. That is the rhythm that brought me back to myself.
I am a woman of faith, a wife, and a mother. I coach because I have lived the burnout, the inflammation, the brain fog, and the slow climb back. I will not sell you a quick fix. I will teach you how to build a body and a mind you can actually trust on shift, at home, and at 3 a.m. when the unit is loud and your edges are thin.
